Personally, I don’t like restraining myself from foods I love (like donuts and peanut butter M&M’s). This is especially true when traveling or finishing off those Christmas cookies! When I get back from trips or midnight cookie binges, I hit the reset button!

My go-to is always lemon, cucumber, and mint leaves. This detox water is refreshing and easy to make and store in the fridge! With any detox waters, start with purified water in a pitcher. Then cut the lemons and cucumbers into slices and put them in the pitcher. Take the mint leaves and gently tap them with a spoon to bring out the flavor and drop them in the pitcher.
Leave this in the refrigerator overnight and start drinking it the next morning! I drink a glass with breakfast, lunch and dinner for 2 days.
2nd favorite detox water recipe: orange, blueberries, and mint.
3rd favorite: strawberries, mint, and lemon.
These 3 refreshing drinks will help you hit that reset button and keep you on track! Not to mention they are delicious. They are also a good alternative for flavored waters without all of the added sugars.
